Both agreements must be signed by a person in charge of the organization, or otherwise authorized to legally represent it. They confirm their authority when they sign.

For a patient of your organization. Choose a time now or later: every request is a scheduled ride.

Statuses: Requested, Searching for Driver, Driver Assigned, Driver En Route, Patient Picked Up, Trip Completed, Canceled.
