Sections Quick Index

1. General Platform Terms

RIDER'S LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides digital applications, websites, and related software systems (collectively, the "Platform") designed to connect individuals seeking passenger transportation ("Riders") with independent transportation service providers ("Drivers").

Independent Provider Notice: RIDER'S LLC operates exclusively as a technology communications platform. Unless specifically mandated by federal, state, or local legislation in a specific jurisdiction, RIDER'S LLC does not directly provide transportation services. Drivers operate as independent contractors and third-party transportation providers who offer ride services directly to Riders under applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulatory requirements.

2. Rider Accounts

  • Account Registration & Authenticity: To utilize transportation services requested through the Platform, Riders must register an active user account. You agree to maintain current, complete, and accurate information, including your full legal name, valid mobile number, and active payment method.
  • Age Requirements: Account registration is restricted to individuals at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors may only utilize services when accompanied by a primary adult account holder.
  • Account Security & Integrity: You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account login. You agree to safeguard your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may hold only one active account unless authorized by us in writing. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, leased, or assigned to third parties.
  • Suspension: Providing false or misleading identification, maintaining multiple accounts without permission, or committing fraud may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

3. Driver Accounts & Qualification Standards

Drivers requesting access to accept ride requests must satisfy rigorous platform onboarding criteria prior to activation:

  • Verification & Licensing: Drivers must submit valid government identification, a valid driver's license for their operating jurisdiction, and maintain accurate personal records.
  • Vehicle Eligibility & Inspections: Drivers must register vehicles meeting Platform age, safety, and operational standards. Vehicles must undergo and pass mandatory vehicle safety inspections where required by applicable laws.
  • Background Checks & Insurance: Drivers must consent to personal identity background checks and driving record reviews as permitted by law. Drivers must maintain mandatory personal automotive liability insurance complying with statutory minimums.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Account Sharing: Drivers are solely responsible for adhering to local traffic laws, municipal operating permits, and transportation regulations. Account sharing is strictly prohibited; only the verified Driver associated with the account may operate the vehicle during a trip. Violation results in permanent account revocation.

4. Ride Requests and Trip Acceptance

Riders submit ride requests by specifying pickup locations and destinations through the Platform. The dispatch algorithm transmits requests to available Drivers in reasonable proximity.

Ride submission does not guarantee instant trip assignment or completion; acceptance remains dependent on Driver availability, weather, traffic conditions, and system operational parameters. A binding trip agreement commences only when a Driver accepts the request via the Platform. Either party may cancel a trip subject to our cancellation policies outlined in Section 8.

5. Fares and Pricing Structure

Trip fares are calculated dynamically or provided as upfront estimates based on several variable parameters:

  • Fare Components: Total trip cost may include a base fare, estimated trip duration (time component), estimated distance (mileage component), platform booking/service fees, and applicable municipal or state taxes.
  • Dynamic & Variable Pricing: Fares may fluctuate dynamically during periods of high demand, severe weather, traffic congestion, or limited Driver supply.
  • Upfront Estimates vs. Final Cost: Upfront fare estimates are calculated based on predicted routes. Final fares may differ if the route changes significantly during the trip, if additional stops are added, or if delays lengthen trip duration.
  • Fee Adjustments: RIDER'S LLC reserves the right to modify pricing algorithms, minimum fares, and fee structures at any time by updating the Platform.

6. Payment Authorization & Settlement

Riders authorize RIDER'S LLC to charge their saved payment method for all completed trips, booking fees, taxes, tolls, and cancellation charges incurred under their account.

Payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. RIDER'S LLC does not operate as a bank, financial institution, or money transfer business. Unpaid or failed charges may lead to temporary account suspension until full settlement is completed. Refunds or charge adjustments are subject to internal administrative review according to company resolution policies.

7. Driver Earnings & Compensation

Drivers earn compensation for completed passenger transport according to the applicable rate card or fare-share schedule configured within their Driver Portal. Displayed earnings estimates are provisional until trip verification is finalized.

Driver payouts are subject to applicable platform service fees, payment processing fees (e.g., standard $1.99 bank payout fees), adjustments for legitimate Rider complaints, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity. RIDER'S LLC retains the right to modify compensation structures with reasonable prior notification.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

To preserve system efficiency and compensate Drivers for time and fuel, cancellation rules apply:

  • Rider Cancellation Fees: Canceling a ride after a designated grace period following Driver acceptance may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Rider No-Shows: If a Driver arrives at the requested pickup location and waits for the designated wait window without the Rider appearing, the Driver may cancel the trip and a no-show fee will be charged to the Rider.
  • Driver Cancellations: Frequent or discriminatory cancellations by Drivers after accepting ride requests violate Platform policies and may lead to account review. Exception consideration is extended for legitimate safety concerns, technical faults, or extreme emergencies.

9. Safety Standards & Guidelines

Safety is a foundational operational requirement for all Platform users:

  • Mandatory Seatbelt Use: All occupants must wear seatbelts at all times during transport.
  • Prohibited Items: Dangerous goods, open alcohol containers, illegal substances, and weapons (where prohibited by law) are prohibited inside vehicles.
  • Zero Tolerance: Intimidation, violence, threats, reckless driving, sexual harassment, or verbal abuse will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.
  • Emergency Features: In the event of immediate physical danger or collision, users should contact 911 or local emergency authorities directly before reporting incidents to the Platform.

10. Driver and Rider Code of Conduct

Users must interact respectfully. Prohibited behaviors include: property damage, vehicle cluttering/soiling, discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability, system manipulation, fare evasion, fake trip generation, or attempt to bypass in-app payment channels.

11. Ratings and Review Integrity

Following trip completion, Riders and Drivers may rate one another. Ratings must reflect authentic, objective experiences. Artificially inflating or deflating ratings, extortion, or retaliatory feedback is prohibited. Consistent low ratings may trigger automated account performance reviews or access suspension.

12. In-App Communications

The Platform provides masked calling and messaging tools to facilitate pickups. Users agree to utilize communications exclusively for legitimate trip logistics. Spam, harassment, unsolicited commercial offers, or abusive messaging will result in account penalties.

13. GPS Location Tracking

To enable matching, route optimization, and safety monitoring, the Platform collects real-time geographic coordinates from mobile devices. Driver locations are displayed to Riders during active dispatches. Location information is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

14. Trip & Communications Records

RIDER'S LLC maintains electronic trip logs, telemetry, timestamps, route vectors, support records, and transaction histories. These records are retained for customer assistance, safety audits, insurance processing, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

15. Lost Items & Personal Property

Riders are solely responsible for personal belongings brought into vehicles. While Drivers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and report found items through support channels, RIDER'S LLC assumes no financial liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property left inside vehicles during or after trips.

16. Accident and Incident Response Protocol

In the event of a traffic collision, personal injury, or crime:

  1. Immediately contact local law enforcement and medical services (e.g., 911).
  2. Ensure all parties are moved to a secure location if feasible.
  3. Notify RIDER'S LLC support within 24 hours with police report details and incident descriptions.

RIDER'S LLC does not replace public emergency response systems.

17. Insurance Obligations

Drivers must continuously maintain primary personal automobile liability coverage fulfilling statutory minimum requirements. Where required by municipal or state laws, supplemental commercial coverage or contingent rideshare liability coverage may apply during specific trip phases. Specific coverage details vary by jurisdiction and operating status.

18. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Platform integrates third-party utilities, including mapping engines, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and SMS gateways. Your usage of integrated third-party tools is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

19. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, domain names, application code, visual interfaces, graphics, logos, and proprietary content associated with RIDER'S LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Users may not decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, license, or redistribute any portion of the Platform without explicit written authorization.

20. User-Submitted Content

By submitting profile photos, support tickets, feedback, or reviews, you grant RIDER'S LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process such material solely for operational purposes. Submitted content must not infringe third-party intellectual property or contain unlawful material.

21. Privacy Policy Incorporation

Data privacy is governed by our formal Privacy Policy, which details personal data collection, usage, sharing, and retention practices. Please review our complete Privacy Policy at: riderstransporthersllc.com/site/privacy-policy.html.

22. Platform Availability & Operational Disclaimers

While we strive for continuous system uptime, the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability, immediate Driver matching, fault-free GPS navigation, or error-free payment processing.

23. Comprehensive Legal Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, RIDERS TRANSPORTERS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY OUTLINED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

24. Limitation of Liability

RIDER'S LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to or resulting from any use of the Platform or transportation services provided by independent Drivers, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RIDER'S LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or violation of the rights of any third party (including Drivers or Riders).

26. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Waiver

In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of your use of the Platform or these Terms:

  • Informal Resolution: Parties agree to attempt informal good-faith negotiation through customer support channels prior to initiating legal proceedings.
  • Binding Arbitration: To the extent permitted by applicable law, unresolved disputes shall be submitted to individual binding arbitration under consumer arbitration rules rather than court litigation.
  • Class Action & Jury Waiver: Disputes must be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.

27. Account Suspension and Termination

RIDER'S LLC reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any user account for non-payment, fraud, safety threats, abusive conduct, or failure to comply with these Terms. Appeals may be submitted to support for administrative evaluation.

28. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Notice of material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued platform usage after the published effective date constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
