🔐 Your personal bank account is connected securely through Stripe in the Driver App after approval. You do not need to enter your bank information here.

📄 Your license, vehicle registration, insurance and company safety documents are sent from My Documents in the Driver app once this application is in. That is the only place they are sent, so nothing is asked for twice and the office is always looking at what you sent.
Rider’s Administration checks the name on the document against the name on your account. A policy in somebody else’s name is not approved until the office has read it and recorded how you are covered.
Customer Support verifies your license, insurance, vehicle and company safety documents before you are authorized to drive passengers. Your account stays Pending / Not Authorized until every one of them is verified. Rider’s arranges the driving history and background screening separately; there is nothing to upload for it here.

You do not need a card to create your account. Skip this and you can still sign in, set your pickup and drop off and see the price of a ride. A card is asked for once, when you request your first trip.
Your payment information is securely handled by the payment processor. Riders Transporthers does not store your CVV or raw card credentials in Firebase. A card that is left blank, or one that cannot be verified, is simply not saved: your account is created either way.

Your account status is PENDING_APPROVAL. You cannot go online or accept rides until an administrator approves it. You can try the Driver App at any time: it will tell you where your application stands.
